HER WAY &
HER CYCLE
Women's Health. Sustainable Leadership. Meaningful Change.
Women should not have to choose between ambition and health.
Work affects our health. Our health affects our work. And gender shapes both.
HER WAY and HER CYCLE bring women's health and leadership into the same conversation.
Two practical programmes that help women strengthen their knowledge, confidence and agency — while supporting organisations in building healthier, more inclusive workplaces.
Why This Matters
Equality at work also means recognising women's health.
Gender equality is not only about representation, policies or opportunities. It is also about the conditions that allow women to participate, grow and lead without compromising their health.
Not just how many women are there. But how are they?
Leadership programmes, professional training and career development opportunities cannot be truly inclusive if they overlook women's physiology, needs and lived experiences.
Menstrual health, fertility, perimenopause, menopause, stress and care responsibilities all shape women's professional experiences. Yet these realities often remain invisible in workplace policies and leadership development.
Supporting women's health is part of building more inclusive and sustainable workplaces.
HER WAY and HER CYCLE turn this commitment into practical learning, tools and action.
HER WAY
A Women's Sustainable Leadership Journey.
Find your voice. Strengthen your confidence. Lead your way.
HER WAY is a seven-week leadership development programme designed to help women build confidence, strengthen their voice and decision-making, set boundaries and lead with greater autonomy.
Rather than asking women to adapt to increasingly demanding expectations, HER WAY supports them in recognising their strengths, navigating challenges and making professional choices aligned with their values and ambitions.
Through participatory learning, collective reflection and practical body-awareness tools, participants develop leadership skills they can immediately apply in their professional.
The outcome: Greater confidence, clearer decisions, stronger communication and a personal leadership action plan.

MY APPROACH
From understanding systems
to lived experiences and meaningful change.
SYSTEM | Analyse
We explore the gender norms, social expectations and working conditions that influence women's opportunities, health, confidence and leadership experiences.
EXPERIENCE | Connect
We create spaces for women to reflect on their lived experiences, connect knowledge with body awareness and learn from one another. Through facilitated dialogue, reflection and embodied practices, participants recognise how wider expectations shape their personal and professional lives.
TRANSFORMATION | Act
We turn knowledge and reflection into practical action. Women identify what they want to strengthen, protect or change in their lives and leadership. Organisations gain insights into the conditions that can better support women's health, participation and professional development.
WHY BRING THESE PROGRAMMES
INTO YOUR ORGANISATION?
Because equality is also about how women experience work.
HER WAY and HER CYCLE create opportunities for organisations to:
Strengthen women's leadership, confidence and professional agency.
Improve awareness and understanding of menstrual and hormonal health.
Recognise health and life transitions as dimensions of workplace inclusion.
Support dialogue around needs, boundaries and working conditions.
Complement existing gender equality, DEI and wellbeing initiatives.
Learn from participants' experiences while respecting confidentiality.
The organisation provides the time. I create the space. Women bring their experiences and shape their own journey.
